"I'm not happy with this location! During a blizzard, they were short staffed and did not plow the docks or the exit gate. We had to dock in a snow drift and ended up getting stuck in another snow bank right outside their exit gate! Waited several hours to get towed out. Only one person came out to try helping us. The snow plow they had working only plowed the main areas and forgot the exit and docks. If I ever have to come back, I hope it's not when it's snowing."

"Arrived at 12:30 pm to get unloaded, was told it would be a few hours until unloaded. few hours is 2-3 hours right? I wasn’t fully unloaded until 12:45 pm the next day. Yes, 24 hours spent and wasted with no answers and they lie about being done in “30 minutes” just to take another 4 hours. If you can, avoid this place. If not, enjoy your day off!"
"I expected a call to schedule a delivery, but a week after it reached the local facility, I called and made the appointment. They were a no-show. Another two appointments and four days later, and it finally arrived...with scratches all over the face of the unit. Not impressed."
"Terrible company to deal with. No ability to contact someone at the local level to solve delay problems. Call center only; might as well be calling someplace on the other side of the world then. Destroyed $3K worth of merchandise, left me holding the bag. Don't acknowledge the damage when it happens, leave it up to the hourly hick running a forklift to catch it and then drive away when he's too stupid to see. Who cares if they crush your pallet in the terminal, send it on anyway and let the customer deal with it. Instructing all my vendors to never use this company when they ship for me."
