"Just bought a new Horizon treadmill from this organization in the last month. I moved and the treadmill wouldn’t fit into my new home without partial disassembly. I can’t do this myself. I called and asked if they would help me, saying I would pay them for their time. They said they couldn’t help (actually had their receptionist call and tell me this). They had no problem delivering the new treadmill but now that I need a little help, they’re telling me to buzz off. Pathetic service."

I had to hang up because I did not want to continue to be talked down to and argued with. I would never do business with this company because of this experience."
