"When my family moved into a house with an in-ground pool, we didn't know the first thing about how to manage it, but we knew that we wanted to do it ourselves, to avoid the cost of paying for a service crew. We looked around at several businesses and ultimately chose Conway Gardens and Pools due to some advertising I had seen in previous years. We are so glad we did. Never once did the pressure us into using their services at our home, but instead, have taught us how to maintain our own pool, and been very friendly and encouraging over the last few years. Every time we visit the store is a blast for our family, to the point where I am disappointed if I miss a chat with one of them employees. They've been nothing but helpful to our family. We won't go anywhere else. Only one time did I have to stop at another store, because I knew I wouldn't make it to our store before closing, and the employees were not helpful to me at all. This was in Little Rock. I ended up buying what I needed, and knew I'd never go back there or anywhere else. On a side note, to me, I loved how this establishment taught us to care for our pool, so we could do it on our own. Now it's a family thing for us that we love. They didn't have to do that, they could have pushed their services and tried to make more money, but instead, they helped us out, put us first, and now we come back. We love Conway Gardens and Pools."

Crystal Clear Pools even told me he did not care if I paid him 10 service fees he would not do it because he could open 20 or more pools in the time it took to get to my home.
