"I highly recommend Frauenshuh. I was treated for breast cancer in 2013 and continue going to here for my check ups. It has a family atmosphere here. I loved all of my nurses and Dr. Chen is absolutely the best Doctor. You may have to wait past your appointment time a lot but it’s because she’s a good and thorough doctor with all of her patients which should be sought after and appreciated, it’s better than being rushed out the door. I have a hug respect for Dr. Chen. She cares about all of Your health concerns, answers all your questions thoroughly and explains everything in a way you understand. She treats you and makes you feel like an equal too. The entire department is amazing."

"When I called because I have concerns and questions, I wanted to get message to nurse or to Kathryn Moore. I explained to the receptionist I'm 59 and now I am in a child's sz 10-12 and that's concerning to me, she started laughing and giggling.. I'm mortified by the lack of professionalism and or compassion. Horrible experience. Never got to leave message all she did was argue. I let her go, she called back to apologize but continued to argue and was more concerned about herself. They have continually made mistakes at my expense."
