"This is an incredible state park. We stayed in our travel trailer for a long weekend. Fantastic grounds, very well maintained. The hiking and scenery was the best we have experienced in this part of the country. Full hookups for our RV and good space between campsites made things even better."

"It's been quite a long time since I've gone back and it's still amazing to enjoy this park. Trails are very clearly marked and kept clean, so there is not any confusion on where to go. I was bummed to learn the caves have been closed, but understand it's for the health and safety of the bats. There are a few full service cabins that allow dogs and they even provide a mat with food and water bowls! Weather it's a day trip or you are looking to stay for a few days. There are plenty of trails to hike and nature to see!"

We glided through sun-dappled forests on the Fern Trail, our senses lulled by the symphony of rustling leaves. And for the adrenaline junkies, the Monument Trail's rocky switchbacks offered a heart-pounding dance with gravity. But Devil's Den isn't just about trails. Deep within the earth, Whispering Caverns held us spellbound with its cathedral-like chambers and dripping crystals. We emerged, blinking in the sunlight, only to be enchanted by the cascading beauty of Hawksbill Falls, its icy mist painting rainbows on the air. "Great place, beautiful trails and awesome views. Be aware that the signage is not super clear and that the cabin numbering (especially of the camper cabins) doesn't make much sense, and only the camper cabins are close enough to comfortably walk between if you have a large party. My family had an early thanksgiving here and it was great. 30+ people in nice accommodations for much cheaper that we could find on AirB&B."

"This park is really truly beautiful. I recommend the Devil's Den and Yellow Rock trails definitely. The park seems pretty geared towards camping and families; there's absolute load of cabins and camp sites. That also means the park is a bit crowded. I really liked that there are 5 hiker-only trails though 3 of them are pretty short."
