"Beware! They will take your application fees for a rental and never call you back. Candace is too busy to call you back or to even update you. Then Ashley, her assistant, says well she has over 300 properties to manage. So I guess that means it is your fault that they are too busy to even update you after taking your money. I could easily bring suit for a return of my app fee since they failed to do their part. I hope these people, especially the owners, are not christians."

"I tell everyone I can to avoid this company and these people. I'll never forget how they treated me as a renter. Sold the house I was living in without warning, allowed people into my home to show the house without warning, and refused the entirety of my deposit because they thought I made a fake contract over the word "fee." It was a deposit not a fee. At the end of it, Tracy told me "that's what you get for renting." I've also had the displeasure of waiting on her in a retail situation, and she was incredibly rude. She's disrespectful unless you're giving her a bunch of money."

"I moved out over a month ago and let me tell you this company is by far the worst property management group I've had to deal with. When I moved in, first night wall to wall roaches, busted hot water heater. 3days later after getting a new water heater I guess what! Clogged drains just full of hair! I have a fade sooo yea. Did I mention that this apartment was supposed to be newly renovated which why i told it would extra $100 a month and this was before the rent went up another $100 the following year. They don't mind charging you outrageous fees $50-75 simply if they don't like the way your car looks. One person in particular loves to talk down to people they believe to be beneath them. That's just the tip of the iceberg, the letters she posted to your door is just a work of art. REALLY!! I SAVED A FEW!! Did I mention they don't like answering the phone or returning calls and emails. But yea it has been over a month and I don't have my deposit back. And I've done my part left the place clean and Great condition According to their own property manager. Soooo what's the hold up? Beats me! Now it's not all their fault the owner share some blame in is That's my experience with impacted. But I promise I will never do anything if it involves this management company. Update: they kept my deposit for cleaning. IT was clean when I left . Just not good people."
