"First time customer. Arrived this past Saturday and was immediately met with an older, frustrated white lady. She was absolutely not wanting to Wait on me. She asked me to hand write my information on a piece of paper, and I said can I not just give you my drivers license so that my information isn’t laying around on a piece of paper until you get time to put it in later today. She huff and puffed and was immediately put off that I would even ask for her to take my drivers license and do that. So after I hand her my drivers license, she says we’ll see now I’ve got to have your phone number because you didn’t write it down. I said that’s fine I don’t mind telling you my phone number. Since this is my first time here, I’m not sure if she is just that way all the time or if maybe she was just extremely tired and didn’t feel like dealing with people that day. We all have off days so I get it. But when you’ve got a new customer coming in and you’re treating them in that manner, they probably won’t come back."

"I noticed the poor review by Rev. Chism and I cannot let it go without sharing my observations. I happened to be the other customer who came in right behind him. He was on his phone from the time he entered, carried on a full conversation - without lowering his voice - the entire time he was there, and for the most part had his back to Jackie while she was collecting his items and preparing his bill. Some folks might have considered HIS behavior to be rude. Jackie was able to speak to me when I entered BECAUSE I was NOT on my phone. The other customer didn’t end his conversation until he paid his bill and then he said something in a low voice that neither Jackie or I could understand- and when she didn’t respond, he repeated, louder, “I SAID - have a good day.” He was clearly annoyed and challenging Jackie to acknowledge him, which she did, by telling him to have a good day as well. If you’re going to disrespect other people by conducting your phone business while in their place of business, and with other customers waiting, you shouldn’t expect a warm fuzzy response when you finally deign to make a disingenuous comment. I might add that it’s disappointing to see a member of the clergy exhibit that attitude. Not really reflecting the Golden Rule."

"I wasn’t going to post anything but I don’t like the way I was treated by the older Caucasian woman at the front. When I first arrived to drop off my clothes, she was very condescending. When I went to pick up my clothes, she didn’t speak to me, but spoke to the person behind me. I basically had to make her speak. If my money spends at this establishment like everyone else’s, I deserve to get treated with the same respect. I know everyone has bad days, but being treated the same way, by the same person, on two separate occasions is not a coincidence."

"Our comforter has been in hangers procession since the beginning of November! We have called several times for an update and each time receive a different date than before. We have called several times last week and are continuously put to voicemail! I recommend this business up until now.."

"This was my first (and last) experience with Hangers on JFK. When I first walked in, I was turned off by the dingy appearance of the store and the fact that it smelled like a thrift shop. You could see the junk piled up in the back. When I went to pick up my clothes at the appointed time on the slip, I was told my clothes weren't ready. I asked for a discount for my troubles and was told that I was already getting a new customer discount so they couldn't give me an additional one for their mistake. When I picked up my clothes (a day late), they were clean but smelled like the thrift smell I mentioned before. Considering the fact that there are several dry cleaners in North Little Rock, I will not be back to this one. I want a service that smells nice and gets my clothes done on time."
