"I paid for a deep clean and they did nothing extra to what they should do each time. The only thing extra was cleaning the shower after new install. They didn’t touch the top of one piece of furniture that was covered with remodel dust and a book shelf in same room. I have video of the worker in LR that slightly dusted furniture and took less than 4 mins to vacuum large area rug. Several regular things were left undone and there was no deep clean done. That should have included vacuuming furniture and cleaning all items on decor. That was not done. There rate is affordable but their work is not acceptable. I’ve used them for sometime because I’m not able to do the work and it was affordable."

"If you want a cleaning job that looks like a toddler completed by all means use them. There is a reason they are cheap. Did a poor job the first time, came back and did a horrible job the second time. Messaged owner explained issue and his exact response was “I’ll talk with crew” and he never messaged me back. After a few days I sent another message which he replied with “I apologize I don't really know what to say, it was a free cleaning”. Oh and based on my cameras the two ladies were there an hr and 14 mins to clean a 2000 sq ft house. This company and their owner are a joke."

"If you need your house cleaned, do not use Picture Perfect Cleaning Service. I spent $165 to get a one time deep cleaning of my house before we put it on the market. Not even two hours after the cleaning, we found dust and hair every where, that we had to clean up prior to taking the pics of our house to be posted. Then, not even a week later people viewing our house made mention that the house should be professionally cleaned. This was my final straw, so I contacted the company to see if I could be compensated for their poor quality work. Because I waited a week (with pictures from the first day), they refused to do anything. In this time, I also saw other friends that posted about their poor quality work as well. The price does seem right when scheduling it, but even their low prices are not worth the quality of their services. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have attached the pictures, which do not even begin to show the mess we still had."

They work hard and are always friendly. When I’ve called the office to work on scheduling changes, they are always positive, friendly, and helpful.
