"Very frustrating to make plans to get your laundry to Soapysuds at 7 am (their advertised opening) and get their at 7:10 to find out it doesn't open until 8:30! Even their door said 7. Very wrong!"
"Supposed to be open at 7:00. A lady was cleaning the building when I arrived at 6:30. Did not mind waiting until it opened, I knew I was early, but the lady left out at 5 minutes after 7 and locked the door back as she was leaving. The customer service at the business is a joke."
"STAY CLEAR OF THIS LAUNDROMAT. No bathroom. Only one cart to use. Poorly taken care of. Owner just seems to care about collecting there $$ and not the customers. We are truck drivers and have been all over the USA and this is one of the worst laundromats we have been in and we have been in some rough areas."
"Absolutely horrible. Only random washers and dryers work, trash all over the place, the number to get ahold of owner/manager goes to voicemail, the machines that aren't working aren't labeled with out of order signs. Looks like wild animals ran rampant through the establishment. Will be reporting to the city council about how horrible this place is. It's illegal to have machines take your money that don't work, and aren't labeled with any signs."
