"I had a terrible experience with the owner, Brayden Sanders last week. I was simply inquiring about the price for an alteration and he was extremely rude and told me do not come back to his business again. His workers are always friendly any time I go, but his behavior was unacceptable. I will not be returning."
"Had a jacket that needed lining mended. From reading a scary review here I asked estimated price up front and if it was more than X to call. Employee was friendly and very willing to help. Even though cost was as discussed, they still called to verify. Jacket was returned sooner than expected (mending goes to Hot Springs) and looks great. Price as discussed. Thank you! (P.S. to management, ceiling inside needs a cleaning for massive cobwebs but A+ on service and quality)"
"This place is amazing! They have next day service so I just drop off on my way to work and pick up on the way home the next day. I love the covered drive through service and all the staff are very friendly and VERY knowledgeable. If you’re in Arkadelphia or Hot springs this is the best option for dry clean and laundry service."
"Fired my girlfriend for having a personal medical appointment. Insisted that having a medical appointment meant her new job at Ozark cleaners "was not a priority" and that she needed someone more available. The appointment was going to be 45 minutes to an hour tops. Owner who hired her also lied to her and changed her pay to 10.00 per hour when she is clearly advertising positions for 11.00 per hour. Terrible working conditions according to former employees, they were not allowed to talk to each other or customers unless it was about business, 30 minute lunch for working 10 hour business days, and extremely rude management. Employees quit after a few days and those why stay are only there for the slightly above minimum wage pay. Pretty amazing how they have managed to stay in business this long."
