"Very, very disappointed how my family was treated here. My son went here for speech and occupational therapy for 3 years with a fair amount of progress. My husband and I are very actively involved with my son's therapies and when we wanted to make some changes to what my son was currently doing, we were made to feel like the enemy. They don't take criticism well and are not family or patient oriented. Their mission is "to empower our customers to achieve their best health". You can't achieve best health if your providers aren't wanting to listen. Very, very disappointed with majority of the speech pathologists as well as the supervisor."
