"These three visited my apartment complex in North Little Rock on Friday March 8, 2024. I was in the shower when they knocked. Instead of simply ringing the doorbell located on the blatantly obvious camera in front of them, or leaving once they realized no one was going to answer after knocking the first three times, they spent 5 minutes trying to get into my apartment, failing to realize that they were being recorded and that there is likely a deadbolt on the inside of the unit that prevents the door from being opened, even if you unlock the bottom lock. Due to their violent efforts to unlock my door, they displaced the lock and now I'm unable to unlock my apartment door without inserting my key at an angle and even then it's insecure. Thanks Rid-a-pest! Now I have to get a NEW doorknob and definitely won't be getting my security deposit back after living here for less than a month."

"I live in an apartment and was instructed to remove everything from cabinets top and bottom in which I complied. Once the Rita pest associate got here he stated that he could not work because there are things in the kitchen but there was walk space for him to move about. He refused to complete his job say that he could not work in the conditions. Per the form, it didn't say to remove item out of the kitchen nor the bathroom, only to remove items from the cabinets; top and bottom. This is the second time I've gotten notice to remove everything from my kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets. Prior the Rita pest guy sprayed everywhere and did his job but today he refused to do his job, stating that the things on the floor was preventing him from working and it was a clear path for him to do his job. And another thing I would suggest that the company has one of their persons into these apartments while the rid a pest is there and hold them accountable for doing their job!"
