"I was only offered one therapist for my daughter. I explained her needs and the type of therapist that may work best for her but was willing to try who they had available. The therapist decided not to continue therapy with my daughter stating it was due to her “free will”. when contacting staff with my concerns. I received a call back but received no feedback. my call was cut off and they didn’t call back. I have been to therapy for myself and three children many places and have never before been dismissed, not listened to or acknowledged for my concerns. I’ve been treated very rudely the three times I spoke with office staff, and had inappropriate comments from the therapist. I’m sorry to say I would call this the center of no hope and no healing. I’m an RN and value high quality service."
