"If you haven't been to True Wellness Chiropractic... you need to set an appointment immediately! My background: DDD lumbar and neck for last 10 years. I've been to three separate surgeons, eight physical therapists and at least twelve chiropractors for spinal health. Amanda is the only chiropractor who has stood out among all the chiropractors I have been to and the reason I believe why is... Would you start your car on a cold day and immediately throw it into drive; believing it's good for the vehicle or expecting it to last long? I'm assuming your answer is no. Then why allow it to happen on your body? The pre-adjustment muscle warmup is what the industry has been missing and it is amazing! I feel the adjustments at True Wellness are also significantly less painful compared to those who do not practice the same level of muscle warmup nor as effective in the adjustment itself. My fiancé and I booked ongoing appointments with Amanda to get back on track and for general maintenance and it's worth every penny!"
