"Arnolds does good quality work, and they answered service calls when we needed them. The prices are very high though. We got the exact same depth, pump, piping, wire, and drilling service done by another company for 42% less. No, that is not a typo, forty-two percent cheaper elsewhere."

"I am a 100% DAV. I first called Arnold in August 2021. I did not hear back from them. I called again in Sept. 2021. Again, NO call back! In desperation for a well I called again in March 2022. For the third time...NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! Finally, in April 2022 I had the Water Well Trust contact them. They were told that Arnold had NO record of me ever calling them, and that they were done in my area until next year!! What a joke of a company!!!"

"So, I spent 2 phone calls detailing my needs......sch 120 pipe, new wire, new well cap.......cut off some rusted casing, AND anything else I needed to button up the well for 20 years. They showed up with a simple boom truck......NO wire......No new well cap......nothing but the pipe that I had specified. Because of the pandemic, interaction and fault correcting became impossible. They had put me off for almost a month, and now would have to leave if I demanded what I wanted, I had to have the well serviced NOW, as scheduling for us during the pandemic has become difficult. We went back with the old wire that had 3 splices in it already, the old well cap that is 42 years old,,,,,BUT, the right pipe in the well. The technician seemed..... youthful .... both physically and mentally. When anything deviated from the expected, he seemed to have the "deer in the headlights", look, and I had to correct and prevent a major developing mistake. These guys left me in a lurch, and I HAD to eat it. I have used these folks for decades. I have had really good service from guys I trusted and liked. This was a blow to the good faith built up. I will probably use them again, but I will have details on paper before we begin."

"If I could have gave zero stars I would have. They don't deserve the one that they got. They came in pull my son's well pump and all of the stuff out of the ground laid it on the top of the ground and then informed him it was going to be almost $1,000 more than the quoted price to fix it. Then they commenced to telling him that if he didn't come up with $1,000 by the end of the day that they were going to walk away from the job and just leave his well pump laying on the ground. No way to do business, no way at all! I do not recommend this company to anyone. After talking with several of my friends who have used him as well, he did pretty much the same thing with them. So this is not the first time he has basically "screwed" a customer to make more money. Run, run as far away from this company as you can! You have been warned!"
