"The person that answers the phone always sound like she asleep or in a tunnel. This person is a liar! She scheduled an appointment for an estimate for our church roof, and parking lot; however, the day of appointment I called to confirm and this person did not have the appointment logged and then had to call me back to see if she had someone to meet me at the location. She was able to get someone to meet me there. The guy came with no paper or pen a said he wasn't told any about a roof so he didn't have a ladder. The guy said he would call his coworker to bring a ladder and to help him measure roof and parking lot. The guy said he would email me the estimates in 3 to 4 days. I am still waiting! I called back and first the lady said the guy was running behind on estimates paperwork and that she would call him to see when estimates would be ready. Never heard back from lady. I called again and then the lady said that the guy never measured anything because he didn't have a ladder and an appointment hasn't been rescheduled. I called back the next day and this lady said she was going to check with guy on paperwork. This lady is clearly unorganized and doesn't take notes. If she getting paid to work remotely she should pay all her check back except $2.00 because that is about the worth of customer service she gives clients. I wouldn't was my time with this company and especially if you have a target date or need a quick estimate. This lady is a horrible employee and a big liar!! I wasted time just trying to get a simply estimates."
