"FIVE star ++ Laura makes this process so simple. She diagnosises the vacuum then tells what is needed then asks what you wanted done. She discusses the price. My vacuum was ready amazingly fast. Tremendous customer service!"

"I would like to give this a review of zero stars. I have never had worse customer service. And I have never been to a shop so disorganized. The smoke smell was offensive and the rooms had vacuums everywhere so there was very little room to stand or sit. I paid over $200 in cash, up front, to get my vacuum fixed, and I ended up after several visits which included objections to her overage on charges, with a meager cash return and a broken vacuum that was not returned to me. She offered to sell me (for $60 more) a used vacuum to make up for the fact that she couldn’t fix my vacuum. I refused the offer. She charged me for a tune-up that was non essential. I rebutted that. I needed my vacuum diagnosed and fixed. It was not fixed. I was willing to pay the diagnostic but she argued with me so much that I ended up losing money because she refused to refund me what was due to me. I finally looked at it as a donation because she obviously needs money. However, her means of going about it are nothing short of illegal and thievery. I urge anyone who has a similar experience with this business to contact the Attorney General, which I did. My bitterness over the loss of my money has passed and now my focus is to alert others to report this, hoping the business will get shut down. She did share with me that she has put her trust in Jesus. I really hope this is true. There is hope for everyone."

"The last lady is 100 % dead on! This exact thing happened to me today! I took an older Kirby that I payed way too much for but never actually liked that well by there today. I asked if she bought them and if not that I was probably just going to give it to her… even said that I almost left it at Goodwill. She convinced me to come in to show me how to work it and that I definitely should try to fix it because it would only cost $40 for a new belt… 20 mins later I was signing a green receipt book of what it would require to fix it; not $40 but $300 and yes she tried to tell me that our sales tax went up 2% as of Jan 1…. She pulled the whole credit card thing on me too. I said I had no cash or check but I would let her know by Friday what I wanted to do and could I leave it. I had to get out of there… it is smoky and disgusting and had seen full well how she really is!! Two hours later I called up there and said that I had decided not to fix it wanted to just come back and get it to try to sell online… considering she had told me that it was worth thousands! She told me I now owed a “diagnostic” fee of $75.! I was in shock!! I had no intentions of even setting foot in the place… she came out to my car as I was about to leave it on her front entrance (by the looks of the place she could use a donation!). Anyway, several lies, yelling and a few curse words later I hung up on her and told her I never wanted it in the first place! It just really sucks to let someone try to tell you how amazing something is that she seemed to feel passionate about to not hurt their feelings and all they really want is to scam you!! I hated that I even got worked up over it all but saw these reviews when I was looking for the number of the place and decided I had to do a public service announcement!!"

"the owner is a scammer, she tells customers to bring cash or check to pay. she is sweet when she is setting you up for a sale; when you figure out you were overcharged or poor service she turns into horrible person and make threats and lies about the transaction. the place is filthy and smells like cigarette smoke that gets in your clothes after five minutes in the store. that credit card machine never works according to the reviews, that is how she beats you out of your money. not a good business she told me to not come back well she got that part right i will never go back. The attorney general should look into the business for price gouging and overcharging for taxes."
