"GO HERE BEFORE YOU GO TO BEST BUY OR ANY OTHER BIG BOX COMPANY FOR YOUR COMPUTER! They know their stuff! They build custom computers to fit your needs and wants. Very knowledgable and worth every penny. Have had them build me a tower back in 2004 and it never gave me a problem. Bought a laptop, that I still use to this day, back in 2016. Going to have another tower built by them in the near future."
"So I went in and the woman I spoke to was very kind and funny. She was willing to help me in any way she could and even gave me a manual keyboard to connect and type on due to my laptop keyboard not working. However, after charging $82 (I can’t remember the exact price but it was around that) my computer was not fixed at all, and the guy that works on them didn’t even look to see if it was a hardware issue, at least to my understanding. If I am wrong about that, then I understand, but my computer still was not fixed."
"I was dealing with a dead laptop battery so I inquired about a new one because I was afraid that it would die while teaching classes online. While they did not have one in stock, the lady shared that as long as it was plugged in, it would work fine. It was so nice to talk to a live person who knew what they were doing and was willing to KINDLY walk me through what I needed to do. I will call them first if I need their help in the future.
