"Don’t recommend. Allstate was fine until I was in a car accident. My first ever so I called my Insurnace agent (this branch) thinking they would guide me through it. But I was left fully alone in the process. No one was helpful and my first phone call I was told “don’t get us involved since you were hit we don’t have anything to do with the claim, call the other Insurnace company for all your information” I had a severe concussion and other injuries which involved medical care for a few months so really allstate needed to be involved. I had to be my own Insurnace rep through the whole process It was insane. I switched my house and car policy to a different company as soon as the renewal came up."
