"We hired Mr Bates to dig a well for us he showed up when he was supposed to got the job done was very courteous as was his wife that took my call when I originally called to get a quote, definitely will refer him and his company anytime anyone needs a well dug!! "We contacted Mark to install the well & pump on our land, we made an appointment with him and he didn't show up as scheduled twice, that was the first clue of not being professional and not a good characteristics of an honest business owner. When he finally showed up, he didn't finish the work and only half way through, he demanded full amount. We told him that, what if you don't show back up and finish the work, he replied was "I had been screwed in the past before". My response to him was that what about us too, if you don't show back up, we are getting screwed too. After the work was done, we contacted him about the warranty and question him why was the well house was not build to protect the well during the winter, keep it from freezing. Guess, was no response after he got paid. He was referral to us by the local plumbers, my advise to anyone planning to use this company, please the review and get at least 2-3 different quotes from a different well drilling company before you start your project. We were quoted with a lower price and when the job was done, we got charged a higher price than was quoted before."

You will get good quality, honest work if you hire them for your well drilling needs."
