"Prompt and friendly. However, they weren't able to do our duct cleaning due to the size of our ducts being too small. Ours are 3 1/2". They need to be 5". Their equipment wouldn't work in our case."

"Just want to give a big shout out to Arkansas River Valley Heating and Air! Especially Toney! He took time off (about an hour) from his Saturday to troubleshoot my gas heater and repair it on short notice. The level of service that he provided is just simply unheard of in this day and age and I would highly recommend anyone to their service. You have alot of choices out there (a lot) but I highly doubt any else will come close to what they provide. Once again thank you for the great service!"
"Wow, if I could give six stars, I would. From the moment I met Tony, I knew I liked him. We had an old unit that needed replacing. We are about to retire and wanted something that we won't have to worry about. We bought a unit and Tony's crew expertly installed it. However, it wasn't cooling, so Tony came out and discovered that the ceiling had collapsed in our air return. We were pretty much trying to cool the attic. He installed a new ceiling and got the unit working perfectly. I cannot say enough about how professionally he and his crew worked to make sure we were satisfied. This time I promise to have the new unit serviced and cleaned each year (I pretty much neglected our old unit until it went to AC heaven.) If you're looking for a quality system installed and maintained by a professional staff, I strongly recommend Arkansas River Valley Heating and Air. Ask for Tony."
