"And I wish I could do Zero stars. Nothing but trouble with her and her team. Never met Julie and almost never calls back. When she does call back she can’t give answers to what is going on. The office that answers the phone is even worse. Horrible customer service for anything you normally need an insurance agent for. She is rude, condescending and should not work with people. They charges us for three drivers over $1200 a month to insure. No communication as to why it jumped and when we have been calling for a week their answer is, “We just have no clue why, I asked my other colleagues and they don’t know either?” So time for a change and I advise you don’t use her … maybe State Farm but she is most definitely not working for to help you!"

Every time i call her office (during office hours) it always goes to voicemail. If you do go with state farm use a different agent and call them several times during their office hours to ensure they are a reliable agent. Otherwise you will be stuck trying to terminate you're policy and the only way to do that is to contact the agent..."
