Very rude, short, and dismissive of a business opportunity. Even if the business could have served my needs, I cannot, in good conscience, give this person my money. Hate to be so quick to judge, maybe he was having a bad day, but why answer the phone only to be combative and accusatory because I didn't have the part number in question? Good luck, sir."

"I was disappointed with the service and also the outcome. When I took my lawnmower in for service, I was told it would take any where from 10 to 14 days to get it repaired. It took 19 days. Also they told me the choke just can't be repaired. They charged $12.00 just for shop supplies. They also put on some used part from another lawn mower, and you guessed it they charged a new price. Some how they managed to squeeze $100.00 cash or 107.00 if I paid by check. They do not accept debit or credit cards. When I went to get my lawn mower, one of the mechanics was sleeping. I'm totally done with this place."
