"I set my laptop in to get it fixed, they charged me 140 upfront to replace the screen, and when I got it back, it was cracked at the top missing a piece of glass and had exposed glue from where they glued the screen on and they charged me an additional $125.33. When I called about a refund because they sent me back my laptop, more broken than what it was before I was yelled at and disrespected for having an issue with their repair."
