"I applied for a mortgage refi loan with Texana Bank in mid-January and promptly supplied all requested documentation. In mid-February more documentation was requested and promptly supplied. In early March the bank “withdrew” my application; my loan officer told me we had “too much information to process”. I called the VP of mortgage lending and after a lengthy conversation was promised some results within two days. Nine days later I’ve heard nothing. My wife and I have bought & sold many homes and have excellent credit. We have NEVER been treated with such a flagrant lack of professionalism. If you are seeking any kind of mortgage, look elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS BANK."
