"This store is so different from the Benton Hallmark store (they’re amazing in Benton!)! The lady who assisted me was unfriendly and rude (called what I was shopping for a fad that was out of style), seemed like she felt I was wasting her time and made me feel a little bit like a criminal when she wouldn’t even let me touch the ($1.25) charms I was looking at. I’d planned on doing quite a bit more shopping but after my interaction with her I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Don’t waste your time at this store, drive a few more minutes to Benton and they’ll take great care of you!"
"Great Hallmark store, now with new owners. Same staff, apparently, and same merchandise. Very helpful and knowledgeable clerks. They were out of an ornament we wanted, but offered to call other shop in this area to try and find it for us. We will return."
