"Vera my sales lady is really nice and helpful. The others not so much. Outside of not being very friendly, the policy with trade ups makes no sense to me. I spent over $7,000 on an engagement ring and wedding band. I was told I could trade up for an items as long as the trade up is double what I paid. Come to find out, it has to be another diamond. I wish this was explained better. I figured a trade is a trade. Anyway it’s not. Shame on me for not asking better questions, but the manager was so nonchalant when asked about being able to trade. No empathy at all considering the fact that clearly my engagement ended. Even if the answer is no, she could have said it a little nicer. She was much nicer when I spent my money. I will never do business with this company again."
"POOR QUALITY JEWELRY. Within 1 year, my wife's engagement ring had loose stones and we had to send the ring off to be repaired. Now just a few years later there are other stones that fell out and the store refuses to do anything for us. Save yourself the headache, time, and money for this overpriced low quality jewelry, and go somewhere else."
"DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. The quality is terrible. Stones fall out and Zales will refuse to replace them. Even when you've been to every check up (the other stores don't even require) they will still lie to you about your status and try to get more money out of you. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND"
