"Contacted them during the sale of our home. Roof replacement was requested. We were in Florida and doing all of this long distance. Matthew was amazing and made everything easy. He took the lead with our insurance adjuster and made sure inspection and payments were taken care of. The roof was replaced within 1 week of insurance claim, which was more than we expected.
