"The Ride is awesome. Erik cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make sure you're taken care of. My Mother and I recently visited his store "Just to look" at a bike for myself. Erik took the time to help me find the bike we were looking for and answer all my dumb questions. Even though it wasn't the original plan, we ended up leaving the Ride with a new bike. If Erik hadn't taken the time to talk with us, set up the bike, make adjustments and let me test ride it, I don't think I would've bought a bike. Erik even took the time to talk about Helmet fitment, bottle cages and bottles. A few days later, I took my mother's bike to Erik to have some maintenance done and old parts replaced. They did a great job getting an old bike back in great working condition. I'm very glad to have such a great local business like the Ride in town. I will definitely return any time I need anything bike related."
