"I received a grant a couple years ago for a new roof. Mr Russell took the job....2 weeks after leaving my property the same spot was leaking, and this job was done in the summer. The shingles do not lay down as they should have! A gentle breeze blows these cheap shingles off all the time!!His employees were racist, the trimmers were making fun of the Hispanics doing the hard hot work. Then the owner came back after the rear roof was finished and came up with the excuse that the shingles were off by 3/8 of an inch and had the Hispanics rip the shingles off and re shingle the roof. Took the trailer load of sheathing back after the reshingle job on the rear. Needless to say the front half which was the bad side did not get done properly. The trimmers stepped thru my drywall ceiling 2 times, cut electrical wire with a saws all in front of me and tried to say it was that way!! I am not an idiot. He left the job incomplete and I had to make a call to the grant organization to get him to bring and install turbine vents improperly!! I was pleased to get the prejudice people off my land!! Like I said the Hispanics we're the best workers!! This disabled veteran will patch and tar til it stops leaking!!"
