"I'm in the middle of my second large transaction with Stewart. The first time Eddie Farnworth closed the sale. I was alert to the lack of quality communication, but I dismissed it. Now, on the second, Carolyn Fauliu is handing the closing. I have requested on multiple occasions to speak to this lady, I still have not heard from her. They delivered the title commitment 3 business days before closing with numerous errors. Bear in mind, they have had the file for 4 months and were advised of closing 45 days in advance. If I could move the transaction to a different title company I would."
