"Mena office is always on time with delivery to keep my house warm. Very much appreciate them, Due to my Chronic Kidney Disease, I am always cold, but with my propane heaters my house stays warm. Thanks guys!"
"Edit I made an appointment with them the next day for 2:30 and waited my entire work break and the lady (trish) never showed up. I then called later to find out why she never showed and she lied to me over the phone saying she was there. I waited over 15 mins and even called the Nashville office to report them. These people really don't care about the customer at all and will lie to you over the phone. Out of the 7 times I have ordered from them they have never been open once to accept payment when the bill finally reaches me. Then they tell you they can't take cards over the phone. And instruct you to bring cash or a check to their office. But their office is never open I've tried different time all through out the week and they are never open. If you have a choice go somewhere else."
