"Living in this apartment building has been an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped in, I was welcomed by a sense of community and comfort that has made it feel like home since day one. One of the standout features is the incredible management team. Their dedication to ensuring a smooth, enjoyable living experience is unparalleled. They are always available, responsive, and go above and beyond to address any concerns promptly. The seamless maintenance service is a game-changer; it feels like they anticipate needs before I even notice them! The amenities here are top-notch. The gym is well-equipped, making it convenient to maintain a healthy lifestyle without having to venture far. The communal spaces are impeccably designed, offering a perfect balance between privacy and social interaction. The rooftop terrace with its breathtaking views has become my go-to spot for relaxation and unwinding after a long day. Security is a priority, and rightfully so. I've always felt safe and secure within the premises. The access controls and surveillance systems provide peace of mind, allowing me to focus on enjoying my time here without any worries. Another aspect that truly sets this place apart is the friendly community. Engaging with neighbors has been an enriching experience, fostering a sense of belonging that extends beyond the walls of my apartment. The events organized by the management team, have been fantastic opportunities to connect with fellow residents. Location-wise, this building hits the jackpot. It's conveniently situated near essential amenities like, parks, restaurants, making daily life incredibly convenient. In summary, living in this apartment building has been an exceptional experience. The combination of attentive management, outstanding amenities, a vibrant community, and a prime location make it more than just a place to live; it's a thriving and welcoming community I'm proud to call home."

"Used to be a great building, but ownership and multiple management company changes ruined the place. They remodeled a perfectly fine entry way (that you spend none of your time in) and jacked up rent a couple hundred bucks a month. Also note the building is in West St. Paul, but new management tries to appear hip by calling it "Mendota". You will hear your upstairs neighbors walking around and opening / closing drawers, and you should plan to watch the same tv channel as them. You will hear your next door neighbors bowel movements and snoring. There is no soundproofing between units. You will hear a great deal of noise from the hallway. Those noise issues were not such an issue when they had stringent admissions standards (i.e. high credit scores, no criminal record), but the new owner/management reduced all those standards allowing undesirables into the building (you can expect loud music, kids running in the halls, noise at all hours, and interesting smells). The pool is often broken, so don't let that influence you. Maintenance issues take a long time to get fixed. You have to call the same number that all of the management companies other building's tenants call for maintenance. Those answering the phone have no idea who you are or where your building is located. Charging tenants a fee, separate from the high rent, for a share of the buildings water usage was the last straw. You can certainly find worse places to live, but you can find better as well. Glad I left."

"Stoneridge maintenance and staff have been very quick to deal with problems and are very good at communication. The floors do not seem to be good at blocking out footsteps however so you may be bothered by the noise, doesn't bother me personally."

"Beautiful apartment. The new management is great, the neighbors are excellent, and I love this location!! I use the workout room regularly. The community room is excellent. This is a quiet and safe place to live- I recommend Stoneridge to any friends who are looking to move to this area. The outdoor pool is so nice in the summer!!"

"Lived here for only 6 months during the winter until a housing situation was resolved. Overall not a terrible place to live. They've made and keep making updates to a very dated building, and it's generally a clean facility. Updates include: lobby and party room, new gym with great machines and weight equipment, updated stainless still appliances in the kitchen with really nice quartz countertops, and LVT in the main living areas. The building manager is very easy to work with which is a plus. Unfortunately was not able to enjoy the outdoor pool since I left before summer. There's heated underground parking for an additional fee. A few drawbacks: There's a bit of noise from Hwy 62 right out the front of the building; there's no amenities for small children, neighbors walking above can be heard quite easily, and it's fairly expensive (though for the area it's on par)."
