Waterford Bay Apartments

"Just signed another 16 months at Waterford after being here a year. Very nice apartments. Honestly excellent location. Still in the city but tucked away on a walking path and right on the river. Staff is super helpful and they have been super accommodating to all of my needs. Happy to be here!"

"Moved in last December and this is hands-down the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The apartment itself has all new amenities (in-unit washer/dryer is fantastic!), high ceilings, and a gorgeous view of St. Paul and the Mississippi river. The building is always clean. It's super dog-friendly with two great dog wash stations. The management, maintenance, and residents are all friendly. The common areas are well-kept and used often; it's so fun when everyone gathers together for happy hour in the Bay Club. Can't wait to use the kayak launch when it warms up a little more. I had one minor issue with a vent and it was fixed within 24 hours. Walking trail goes down to a dogpark and downtown St. Paul. Easy to drive to most places in the Twin Cities. Can't think of a single negative thing to say about Waterford Bay. I think I've lived in seven apartments over the past decade, and this is easily my favorite. Planning on staying here a long time!"

"I have been living at Waterford Bay Apartments for six months now, and I wanted to wait to write a review until I had a chance to experience life at Waterford Bay. There are so many good things to say, the gym is lovely and well equipped. The Resident area on the second floor with hot tubs and grills and fire pits and areas to sit and gather with friends is very inviting and I use it. The apartment as a whole is kept very clean, it is quiet, the residents are cheerful and friendly. I can’t find one bad thing to say about Waterford Bay. Love living here. Current resident 2023"

"Management was great the amenities were great, free beer on the weekends everything you need inside the apartment, unfortunately just the tiny bit of cooking set off our fire alarm Everytime we cooked. I didn't go get beer much because it was almost always IPAs so if that's your thing awesome! Unfortunately the train nearby shakes the entire building almost seemingly around 2-3 am and the community itself can be very inconsiderate about others lively hood. Late nights at the fire pit or parties past 10pm always on work nights. Unfortunately crime in the area like most metropolitan cities is out of control and has spread to the area after about a year of living there. Unfortunately a lot of things out of their control makes it hard to want to live there."

"Could not be happier with Waterford Bay. From the wonderful amenities, to the beautiful peaceful views of the Mississippi River, and walking trails this place has it all. Savada and Amy in the office are a pleasure to work with (even brought ice cream to the pool for the kiddos). By far the best apartment complex I have ever lived. Highly recommend!"
