"It is so QUIET!! That is one of the big things I love. I never ever hear any of our neighbors. It’s a well maintained complex, free grills, big backyard, nice gym, free underground parking, etc. for the price of rent, it is fantastic value. EDIT: We moved out of the Ephesians to purchase our first home. We had no complaints about the move-out process, and we received our full deposit back with interest."

"Scum lord landlords. They will provide a dangerous unsafe living conditions and not hold other residents responsible for the unsafe conditions provided. Once you finally are able to leave their apartments, they will somehow find a way to use the whole “security deposit” to go towards their renovations! Never plan on getting your security deposit back from these scumlords! They tout a “premier” and “luxury” living, and sure charge that, but can’t follow through! Even after multiple complaints, the hallways and apartments would stink of smoke from neighboring apartments and nothing would be done. Not anywhere close to worth what these scammers charge!"

"My wife and me lived here for 6 months while our new home was being built. The staff have all been friendly and great to deal with. the apartment was clean and quiet.. They provide a safe environment for the kids to play, big area for them to run around and play, a dog area, and a scoop for the residents to pickup after their pets.;. they also provide a "Grilling and Chilling" area which is very nice.. being able to grill over the winter was awesome! There is an exercise room with different things to use The underground parking are was great! heated and protected my cars from the weather.. It was a great place to stay.."

Our whole process of renting and moving in have been nothing but exceptional!! We rented sight unseen when we were in Florida and needed a place in Minnesota. The place is fantastic. Nice quality building. Never have I moved into a place where everything was working and something didn't need to be fixed. This place was completely ready to go. The underground parking is perfect.
