"Pros: Good neighborhood Cons: Takes forever to fix things. My bathroom ceiling leaked for 8 months. Also water boiler wasn’t working for 7 months."

"If I could give zero stars I would. This is the worst management, worst landlords, and worst grounds I’ve ever seen. They act polite on arrival but treat you terribly once you’ve signed the lease. Our ceiling leaked water from the roof for 7 months. The staff are rude. Property is run down. I could go on and on with horror stories from our time living there. Save yourself the pain, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!"

"I loved living here! I only left because I moved out of state, but if I was still in Minnesota I would definitely stay here. It was really everything I wanted in a place - quiet (I could hardly hear neighbors except sometimes in the kitchen), new, quality appliances, cozy wooden trim and paint color, and so much storage and living space. I felt safe with buildings that are locked from the outside. I loved how it was off the beaten path a little bit, with a neighborhood that felt comfortable to walk around (they're right next to a natural area of trees which was lovely) and so nice being close to the adorable shops on Como Ave, while still very accessible to almost everywhere in both Minneapolis and St. Paul. Drew was a wonderful landlord. She was very accommodating at every stage of me living there; helping me find a unit I was happy with before I moved in, responsive to any request I put in, and accommodating to nit picky requests I had at the end as I was uncertain of my final move out date. She truly cares about the tenants and was always willing to strike up a friendly conversation. I highly recommend this apartment building as I definitely found a home there :)"

"Excellent place to call home! We are very impressed by the finishes and appliances in the units. We have lived here since summer of 2022 and are now upgrading to a 2 bedroom apartment. Drew has made our transition seamless and given us so much grace and kindness throughout the process. My partner is currently a fulltime PhD student, so the extra moving time has been a great gift. Drew has just been so welcoming and helpful throughout our time here. The maintenance workers are also always prompt and polite. I have even seen them go the extra mile to fix a knocking pipe INSIDE of the wall. I was very impressed by their commitment to fix the problem. Having read the negative reviews about the management here, I could not disagree more. I know there may be mistakes at times, but they are always fixed and taken care of. We have been very satisfied! I can't recommend Greenway Village enough! Also, animals are now allowed if you have a furry friend :)"

"I rented here from August 2021 through July 2022. I have not been asked to write this review; this is my own honest review. I should also add that I only moved out because I wanted to move in with my boyfriend and be downtown. I would’ve stayed another year without hesitation otherwise. This place was amazing because the management company is good. The one bedroom unit I had was perfectly spacious for me. Maintenance was always responsive and if I had any issues with billing, etc I could call or visit Drew or anyone in the front office and they’d help me within a business day usually. I did many morning workouts in the gym area which is very handy in the winter when it’s too cold for a morning jog. My only complaint is if you have a noisy neighbor, you will hear them because the walls aren’t very thick. But I have lived in worse apartments in college as far as noise is concerned. Additionally, when I moved out, I took the time to thoroughly clean the apartment, and they returned my ENTIRE deposit (plus the interest it gained over the year lol). So they don’t nickel and dime you for stuff. I would honestly move back in here in a heartbeat as long as BBH and Drew are in charge. Highly recommend!"
