"If I could give it zero stars I definitely would. This place is terrible to stay at, the landlord is terrible. She just wants money, she doesn’t care what’s going on with the building and any concerns. She’s self centered. Her name is Alicia I believe. She doesn’t answer calls or emails. There’s been numerous mice problems here and ant. Neighbors are pretty loud at night time, THEY STOLE FROM ME. INSIDE THE APARTMENT BUILDING, they took my EXPENSIVE shoes and Alicia or the other person did NOTHING about it. I had car problems here too in the parking lot, they literally towed my car in the parking lot WITH A PARKING STICKER ?! The area is not safe either, the inside of the place isn’t clean. There is zero heat during winter time, AC hardly works during summer time. Washer and Dryer machine takes money and coins. Overall there is nothing good about this place, TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE NOT HERE OR ANY BUILDINGS OWNED BY THEM/HER."

"Lived here for a while and had a great experience. Out of the many apartments I’ve lived, this one was best managed. I would consider living here again or any other one of their apartments in the future. Pros: •Management and maintenance were always super fast to respond and very professional. Any maintenance issue I had was instantly fixed. •The apartment building is secured and common areas are kept clean. •Quiet building with thick walls between apartments. Never heard any neighbors •There is a parking lot as well as plenty of street parking •Great location near the train, multiple bus stops (including A-line), and walking distance to many stores. •On the corner of the main road but also next to a quiet neighborhood that is nice for walks or bike rides. •The studios are small but provide a lot of storage space inside. Also the option to rent a storage unit downstairs. Overall, plenty of room to store my many things. •Laundry in building •large dumpsters to dispose of trash and recycling •Building and everything in it is very well kept up with Cons: •The heat is old style radiators that are completely controlled by management. There is no way to turn them on or off or adjust the temperature. There were 3 radiators in my apartment which was a lot for the small space. The temperature was set very hot and I had to have fans on or open my windows during the winter to manage the temperature. •Laundry is coin operated only and no change machine. Had to go to the laundromat during covid change shortage. •The layout of the studio made the space not as usable as it could be. One wall had closets, the other was the bathroom and kitchen door, and the other had windows and the radiator right in the middle to where space couldn’t be used on either side. •A lot of yelling and sirens heard from a nearby apartment (However, my window faced it and it wasn’t too bad with the windows closed) •Had issues with packages being delivered. No issues with USPS but often had packages left outside or told they couldn’t be delivered due to the locked entry. There is a call box with a code to give to delivery drivers but they never read the delivery instructions."
