"I have lived here for the past 2.5 years and enjoyed it very much! The amenities are great and management is very helpful and kind. Due to a relocation out of state, I had to vacate my apartment. During this process, the property manager was extremely helpful and flexible with the sudden move which was very appreciated."

"I moved in this past summer and so far have had a wonderful experience living here. On site management and maintenance is very responsive, friendly and helpful whenever there has been any sort of an issue. The amenities are fantastic and wonderful to have access to. I no longer need a gym membership! I initially had some concerns about moving into a pet friendly building due to past experiences dealing with nuisance barking. So far the two instances that have happened were quickly resolved and there have been no further issues. I am very grateful to be living here and hope to stay for many years to come!"

"Brita & Britney have been very helpful and responsive with my multiple emails and requests even prior to my moving in. I can never thank her enough. One of the best staffs that I have ever experienced after living in 5-6 different apartment properties for the past 10 years. Update (July 2022): I wish I can give more than 5 stars if possible. The management is super professional and quick to response, and they have already sent me a full deposit check only after 2-3 weeks after I moved out of Platform. I am sad that I am moving to a different apartment due to moving out of state. Thanks Platform Management team, especially to Britney!"

"Clean, well maintained, tons of amenities (Seriously, I never want to leave), very secure, staff who are present, issues dealt with immediately, emails returned within 24 hours, beautiful views in the middle of town, excellent location! Britney, Taylor, and Dewey are knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. Extremely dog friendly community! Really happy to call this place home."

"Platform Apartments are BEAUTIFUL and all of the staff have been so welcoming, responsive, kind and helpful. I even had the chance to meet Brita, Brittany and Matt prior to move-in via a zoom welcome meeting which was awesome!! From applying for this apartment online, Brita made the process so easy with excellent communication and follow up for any questions I had. Move-in day was a breeze and they went out of their way to offer assistance and make me feel very comfortable in my new home. I noticed also everyone working in the building was wearing masks and there was hand sanitizer on every floor! Thank you so much Platform for taking such great care of your residents!!"
