"The place is clean and management is good too, has gym and Yoga room that are always clean, play ground for kids that’s secured! Key fobs even in elevator is a great idea, only residents can access the space , took off 1 star because they need additional security guards and the washers and dryers need updating, otherwise 515 is the best you can get in Cedar."

"Worst apartments to live at, do not live here!!! Save your money time and mental health DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management Brook and Pam in the office are the worst and will tell you they are doing things for you to get you out of their face and not do anything!! I have had to call corporate many times just to be heard. My car in the underground parking that we pay $100 for had been vandalized and windows broke once and not even 29 days later my car stolen!! The apartments are dirty and not worth the rent to live here!! It's been hell to live here the washers and dryers are outdated you pay with quarters and most of them don't even work! A lot of outsiders that don't even live here hang out in the apartments don't be fooled by their 24/7 security that does not give this place any security!"

"Please don’t rent this apartment. I lived here for a year+ now. In the beginning it was Oky, But for the last couple months things changed. Masked and scary guys are knocking on peoples door and try to threaten you. Homeless are sleeping in the stairwell. My neighbor phone and wallet was taking in the elevator. When you call security, they often will say “We not at Five15 at the moment but will check the cameras when we can”. Which they never do. I went to the office and the manger lied and said Security should be available all night from 8pm to 6am. But they rarely at the building. Now I’m forced to find a new place for my family safety. Very disappointed with everyone at Five15 office."

"I stayed in this apartment for a few weeks, since my sister was a resident. It's conveniently located next to a metro station, so you can easily travel to anywhere on Minneapolis. The sizes of the rooms are fairly average, not too big but not too small. Most importantly, it's very close to the UM campus = a great place for students."

"We’ve been living here for 4 months and everything is great so far. The building is new and interior is bright and modern. There are many cameras to ensure tenants’ safety. Apartments are large with brand new kitchen furniture and equipment (fringe, microwave, stove, dishwasher). We like our big windows and tall ceilings. Air is dry in winter because of heating, but it’s common for Minneapolis. Be ready to get a humidifier. We also had to get an extra lamp in a living room because it’s huge. We really like managers at “FIVE 15”, they are really cool! Probably the best we’ve ever seen."
