"Overall, my experience here has been great. Management and maintenance are super responsive and helpful. The units are also large and well taken care of, and the rent is very reasonable for the area. The only downsides would be the noise from the trains- they run rather consistently (at least several a day, up to several an hour), so you might want to consider this if you are a light sleeper. However, the cost and management definitely make it worth it! There is a good amount of street parking in the area, so this is a great spot if you have a car and don't want to buy a space."
"I have lived here the past 2 years and they have been amazing! Tara is spectacular!!! She responds super fast to our concerns dealing with maintenance and so much more. She seriously cares for all of us here. The price point is super nice for the size apartments and rooms. Super quiet apartments regarding tenants, the trains can be annoying but you get used to it quickly."
"I lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it! Our unit was huge & had the best windows/natural lighting & views. Tara, the property manager is the best too; extremely fast to respond & took care of issues (if any came up) immediately. This apartment is seriously the best deal in Dinkytown. I cannot recommend enough."
"Excellent excellent management especially Tara is absolutely wonderful and very helpful!! . Apartments are huge, and clean. Even the maintenance team is so helpful. My daughter dropped her ring in the bathroom sink and they were so helpful to come in and look in the drain for it."
"I loved living at the rail. Tara, the property manager, was always so easy to work with and very accommodating. The units are nicely kept and up-to-date. The only problem I had with living at this apartment was the crime in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, The Rail can't do much to control this."
