"My daughter and I met with Samantha. I asked her point blank if my daughter could not qualify on her own could she use a cosigner and I was told YES. So I was surprised when my daughter was denied and was told she could not use a cosigner. So, I called to speak with Samantha and she refused to come to the phone or call me back. Instead, she called my daughter who didn't know anything about my phone call to Aire. I was the one that asked about the cosigner and I was the one that was given incorrect info. But you Never called me back. Samantha, if you had bothered to call me, you would have found out that the debt happened when my daughter was in college, over 8yrs ago. It was a very traumatic time in her life. Her college room mates partied and let her cat, Simba, out. Simba got run over by a car and died. So I broke the lease! The last thing she needed was a reminder of this past event! You need to take a Sensitivity Class! Next time someone calls you, CALL THEM BACK! Don't respond to this post. We just want to forget that we ever heard of Aire Apts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Moved in a couple weeks ago and love it! The convenience of the shuttle for airline crew is awesome. The security of knowing each driver, always having front desk crew and only being able to access your own floor makes me feel extra safe. The washer and dryers are new and work great. I have the smallest unit and I really like how easy it is to maintain considering I travel often. The appliances are all new in the flat and the water pressure is really great. The gym equipment is up to date with a water machine and towels. The package room is easy to access and it’s nice to be able to use the carts to get all the big items up to your place. I have recommended Aire to 11 people and 5 have signed leases. I haven’t eaten downstairs yet, but plan to soon. Lastly, it’s very convenient if you have family or friends come visit, they can stay at the hotel and you can stay in your place :-) Mary and Samantha were amazing. The other reviews regarding them are people who want special treatment or the rules bent for their favor. Sometimes it was hard to reach them, but they are incredibly busy with giving attention to those in person and those who are moving in. I recommend emailing."
