"I moved in June of 2021. Initial management group was great! I moved out 8/2023 and during my time there, the group was sold to a new company. Since that time service and clarity and really declined. I don’t feel they are upfront about services, cost, and will nickle and dime you for everything. Overall very average. By the end of my second lease with building, I definitely did not feel they were worth the price point."
"Love living here! The location is amazing- so many restaurants within walking distance and nice walking paths along the river. The amenitites are great! I especially love the art studio. The staff is so kind and responsive. I would recommend to anyone :)"
"The building is amazing! Views are awesome! Maintenance and cleaning crew are very good. Leasing is very polite. The bad thing is management doesn't manage the building or people well. No control over the rules of the building, doesn't require fixing or cleaning things that need fixing. Their motto was "you don't have to own to make it feel like home", I wouldn't have my home run like this. We have been here since the beginning, October 2017, have gone through 3 managers, hoped one would manage better but still disappointed. Signed a 6 mo lease giving them one more chance. Like I mentioned most things are great, just depends on how you want and expect your "home" to be run."

Wonderful leasing office team (Elaina and Shelby are rockstars!); fantastic location with easy walk-ability; unmatched amenity offering; frequent cadence of thoughtful, fun resident events; responsive maintenance team; very clean common areas; incredible MPLS skyline views; and so much more!"
