"An amazing apartment complex. The floorplans are open, the units are finished and the neighborhood is centrally located. I can't wait!!!"

"Apartments are too small to be so expensive. They don't have guaranteed parking spaces, like they advertise. In fact, they advertise themselves as the apartments across the street in the midtown building. The charge even more money for any "extra features" like a walk in closet or a bathtub, which take up more space in the small units. The building wifi only reaches the lobby and the 1st and 2nd floor of apartments. The building is mostly empty and none of the residents stay long due to the dishonesty of the management."

"So the apartments are so cute but the area is bad. Not only that, but there's no covered parking and homeless people roaming around. Also it looks to share the building with a restaurant. I spoke with an officer who happened to be in the parking lot over, he said it wasn't the best area."

"Nice apartments and really flexible lease options! Moved cross country and was able to bring my pets with and have a nice comfortable couch and murphy bed here while all my stuff was being moved. The apartment was more than I expected and the closet is HUGE, with plenty of storage space. Eric has been PHENOMENAL to work with, and he deserves a raise! Answered all my questions and helped add my husband to the lease quickly as he moved up here. Great community filled with helpful people and wonderful diverse food options around. Very thankful I decided to come here during the moving process, and couldn't have made a better choice!"
