"Doorbell still not working, very inconvenience because I gets medical supplies and I have a PCA worker that comes to my house everyday. I have trouble walking and standing most days. I've had packages stolen because delivery person can't get buzzed into the apartment."
"The employee was very good and repair the burner fast. But I requested another stove because the one I have is old and not works good. I leave for 5 yrs and they never came to paint the apt inside. And I still waiting for the new windows and balcony door the one when is winter frost around. The balcony floor need to be fix is very insecure. For the rent I paid I think I deserved a better place."

"Property management is an issue there's a light on the building on 82nd and 11th avenue that hasn't been working for 2 years that I've told about they still haven't fixed it faces the courtyard and it's a security issue so we can see when we're outside at night other than that neighbors are nice everybody stays themselves unless they want to hang out with their neighbors which I do once in awhile overall I'm happy with it minor stuff you know that needs to be taken care of"
"I have lived at Southgate Apartments for many years. Living among a diverse group of people from all over the world, has its pluses. For the most part, living in this large complex has been a good experience. Of late however, due to unforeseen global financial issues, our particular building has very noticeable ongoing problems that stand out and have not been repaired; my reason for only 4 stars."
