"This apartment building is disgusting. I lived here for a year 2021-2022 and we constantly had mice, centipedes, and flies in the apartment. Mind you, we keep clean and did not even leave dishes dirty overnight... We got a cat to fend off the mice but the building owners never did anything except leave two sticky traps out, and even that took us calling several times. They left a leak for 7 months, we called management many, many times and did not see any action until we cited them with the city twice. I recommend looking into the building owner and his public history of unresolved citations through the city. We had to live elsewhere because of my allergy to mold. When we moved out, we cleaned for 4 days straight, left the place cleaner than when we moved in. They property managers took 100 dollars out of our deposit for "large screw holes in the walls" even though we never even hung anything with command hooks. When we contacted them, asking for proof to cross-reference with our photos, they told us that we actually caused $600 of damage for other false claims. This is a great place to live if you are looking for somewhere with managers who have no regard for the building's residents or for the condition of the property."

"If I could give this apartment zero stars I would have . I have lived here since 2018 and had a mice problem shortly after moving in , while the lease agreement states the company is unaware of any infestation and just has preventative pest management . However , the unit is riddled with mice . Around the building , alley as well as inside . I first spotted one and decided to lay traps down . I reported the problem and was met with basic maintenance protocol with a few traps . The mice have infested the whole building . With multiple pest control companies called and sealing of wool around the frame of the apartment . We still catch about 5 mice a month . In the last months of living here I couldn’t take it any longer . No amount of wool will divert the mice . I do not pay to live with a mice infestation . I have caught so many mice I can’t even count anymore . They run the base of the apartment . And on the counters DISGUSTING ! I am very clean and constantly paranoid about the mice ! I would not recommend this unit to anyone . They will happily sell you an apartment with out making you aware of the real mice infestation. . Stay away !"
