"Beautiful apartment with semi-reasonable rent prices given the current rental market. Unfortunately, the management team and employees, while nice, doesn't seem able to keep up with the number of tenants they have in the building. It's almost impossible to get anything fixed without waiting a ridiculous amount of time. Even a response for your work order placed seems to take weeks. Recently they came in to replace my garbge disposal- awesome, works great. Unfortunately, now my dishwasher isn't connected properly and leaked all over my kitchen floor and my sink gives barely a sprinkle of cold water. Online portal filled out, voice-mail left, and not even a follow up email or phone call has occurred in a week. I'd go down to the office- however, don't bother trying to if you work regular office hours. They won't be open before or after your work day."

"I love living here. The staff are amazing and the apartments are fabulous. The neighborhood is beautiful. I can’t imagine living somewhere else."

"Horrible place to live . Homeless break in here everyday and walk through the whole place. You ask for maintenance to come they take weeks to come and fix simple things such as the garbage disposal. I been living here for 2 years worst experience I ever had with apartment. Sometimes your packages get stolen and the rent is extremely high . They have mice in the building. People with dogs let there dogs piss all over the floors . It’s horrible my lease will be ending soon ."

"I had questions about the pre-application, but couldn't get any information. I feel bad of the new guy that's answering the calls, but don't have a clue on how to help resident's and people who are applying. I just want my deposit back. Based on that experience, management is unprofessional. When Courtney was in the office she was in the background telling him what to ask me instead of getting on the phone. She was the one I was suppose to meet up with. You guys cause unnecessary confusion. If you're a 9-5 worker that haves to wait until you get a weekday off. It's going to be hard setting up meeting with them. Take your money somewhere else. It's only going to cause a headache. Seems like they throw their employees right in instead of giving proper training."
