"*edit to add* you say it is under control but from my understanding, it is not. It's been over a month and no one has checked my grandfather's floor or any of his friends on floor 2. Management is rarely in the office. It's disturbing that it's taking so long to resolve. Bed bugs currently infesting the building. No warning signs in the doors for visitors and they're not taking the residents much. My grandfather lives here. It was renovated by the new owners. They don't care about their handicap residents. Made the kitchen cupboards higher so those in wheelchairs can only use part of their shelving space. Management is almost never in the office. They took away the visitors parking. I'm here at a minimum twice a week to see my grandfather and i bring my children to see him. It's extremely frustrating that they have a need but infestation and have NOT resolved the problem yet. This should be your first priority. I plan on contacting several agencies and the media if this isn't taken care of by next week."
"Place is well maintained. Looks new. Tenants seem to take pride in living there."
