"Enjoyed my experience here, for the most part. I wish the application process could have been overridden for a temporary Driver’s License, though, as I didn’t have my physical one yet. Hopefully, everything will work out, so I can get my apartment soon. Staff was very accommodating to my needs, and answered all my questions. I would recommend this company."

"I submitted a maintenance request a few days ago and received help at my door within 30 short minutes. A guy came to unclog my toilet and shower drain. He did it super quickly and didn't make any mess, he even left me a drain cover for my shower which was very thoughtful. He also noticed on his way out that my door was jammed and didn't swing normally (because of an incident I had with an ambulance squad, they had propped my door open with too wide of a wedge). I didn't even ask him to do that, he just fixed that as well on his way out and also did it so quick, the guy was super thoughtful super nice and super helpful!!!! I was very pleased with his service. :)"

"Horrifying experience since Steven Scott Management acquired the building. Constant turn over with property managers, each lacking customer service skills. Jake G., was irresponsible and unprofessional in his response to my concerns. I've had ongoing plumbing concerns in which Jake G., among many things, implied it was due to my personal hygiene and that I was using maintenance work orders to get the building to clean for me. Then I email Nathan B. my security concerns. Only to be responded to stating that I can handle the situation myself. Excuse me?! The newest, Lacye D., ensured me that she was going to trouble-shoot my latest plumbing issues only to leave it ignored. After a month of no improvement of communication, I had to contact her."

"Staff was very friendly and instantly ready to help when I showed up. My phone was nearly dead and I had to transfer money and they were very willing to help me find a charger to pay for the apartment. Only thing I'm a little upset about, and I genuinely dont know if I was told about it previously and missed it or not, but each key for the apt. was $150, so moving in cost way more than I was expecting. Other than that, everything was great. I didnt have a parking spot and they let us use the parking lot since it was open until we were able to move to the road."

"I lived at the park apartments for four years and always had great experiences. The rent prices are reasonable for the location and size of the units, they allow cats with no cat rent, maintenance team is friendly and efficient, communication with landlord is never an issue, and all my complaints are heard and respected. The neighbors are quiet (I think the brick walls help with that). Plus the units have a fabulous charm factor and are so cute. Now… I do have some complaints. They could use security cameras for extra safety especially living downtown. Also I don’t know the experience of others but they will charge you $300 cleaning fee upon moving out. They claim a cleaning company comes in but when I moved in the place was pretty dirty and I had to wash down every wall because there was a layer of dust. So just be aware it’s really not worth cleaning since they will charge you no matter what. And TAKE PICTURES when you move in. I got my security deposit back upon move out and was charged $700 for damages (which I did not do). The landlord did refund me the $700 after I complained but seems very suspicious they tried to charge me that much in the first place. I am giving them 4 stars because he made it right without any argument. But I would take pictures of everything and even do a walk through video (including window screens, blinds, literally everything)."
