"out of 12 apartments i’ve ever had. elan was the worst experience i ever endured. From police there every weekend to parties to gunshots to people that have been killed and endless things stolen. Poor management and the lack of respect for the tenants."
"DO NOT RENT HERE! Owned by Greystar as phase II tldr: False promises by Management, Not safe, Expensive 1. We have been living here since March. When we toured this unit we were told this would be fixed. We pay 2600$ in rent. The cabinet has yet to be installed. We have gone to the manager four times with no luck. We have given up but would like to warn others. 2. Packages are stolen frequently in the 2832 building. Manager told she would follow on this and never got back to us. 3. A lot of crime in the area and in the lease it will say that Elan is not responsible for your safety. Please take that into account if you decide to live here."
