"This has truly been one of my favorite places to live! From the time I moved in, Noah, Dan, and Sarah have been nothing but helpful and supportive. The whole process was so smooth! The location is perfect! It is truly a walker’s paradise with tons of coffee shops within walking distance. The bridges around here are perfect to walk your dogs or go on a stroll. There is a Whole Foods attached to the building, which is a DREAM to have during the winter months. The heated garage is such a plus! The community that we have built here is amazing. The Yappy Hours each month is one of my favorite times to see the dogs and hang out with my neighbors. Overall, the location is unbeatable and the staff are so friendly that I cannot imagine living anywhere else :)"

"Recently moved into 222 Hennepin Apartments and I am absolutely thrilled. Incredible location, within walking distance to dozens of wonderful restaurants, live music and the river. The staff couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Noah, Dan and Sarah were all there for me as I asked them endless questions. I had a negative experience at my previous residence and they went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit to call home. They didn't rush me into making a decision and gladly let me visit multiple times before I found the right fit. I've only been here a week but you know when a place is right, it's just a vibe. The community is really friendly, they have a bunch of activities for the residents including yoga twice a week. This place rocks!"

"I love living at 222! The management of this place is 10/10 and everyone is so friendly and easy to access if you need help with anything or have any questions. From the time I toured, to move in, and living here since, Sarah, Dan, and Noah have gone above and beyond. I would highly recommend this apartment :) Everything is always clean and feels safe. Plus, great location and right above Whole Foods!"

"I've been living in 222 for over 2 years, and it has been Excellent. It has been a stress-free experience since I moved in. The staff is always ready to answer questions, and are very quick! Sarah, Noah and Dan are very friendly and make us feel welcome every time we see them. I also recently did a transfer within the building and it was the smoothest thing ever. The best part of 222 is how quickly the maintenance staff responds to issues in the apartment. Every time I put in a ticket, it is resolved within 24 hours max! the resident events are also fantastic, and the location is great and central to everywhere! It is very hard to top 222 Hennepin!"

"Because of my job, I move a lot, and I have lived here for almost 2 years. This is hands-down the most professionally-managed residence I have had the pleasure of staying in. Not only is the staff always available, but they’re super friendly and effective. The building itself is just great. Indoor, temp-controlled parking is the best, and some thing I will always require from here on out. The amenities are top notch, and the pool is my favorite part. The location above Whole Foods makes it perfect for Minnesota winters when you can just make your way through the building and enter the grocery store without having to step outside. There are plenty of activities for residents, which I have not really taken advantage of, but I know others appreciate it. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly. My only complaint is that it’s a squeeze, financially. But I have made it work because I like living here. There’s a reason the ratings here are so high. I’m glad I live here!"
